Ensure your package arrives in good time by reviewing our shipping options below. Kindly note, all orders will take 1–3 business days to process prior to shipping.

U.S. Shipping Options:

U.S. Free Standard Shipping (UPS Mail Innovations 2-6 Business Days)
U.S. 2-Day Shipping (UPS 2 Business Days) for $29.99

Shipping to Canada:

Standard Free Shipping within 12 to 15 Business Days via UPS

Please note: Expedited shipping costs are not covered by Tim Carli, therefore we can not refund you these costs if you return your item.

TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to show. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. If you haven’t received your parcel after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@timcarli.com you can also contact your local post office to confirm the delivery of your items.

Note: Tim Carli holds no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of your parcel during transit and at the destination requested by you. Please reach out to support@timcarli.com if you have queries or concerns about your parcel.

Orders placed on business days before 12pm CST will be processed on the day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Currently, we only ship to the U.S and Canada.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address. We try our best to fast-track all orders which mean there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please inform us at support@timcarli.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be successful, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If you cancel/change an order and we catch it in time, your order will be adjusted/canceled. However, if it’s too late for us to cancel/change your order, you can return it to us once you’ve received it. Learn more about returns here. Once the package gets returned back to our warehouse, we can ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Note: If you used upgraded shipping and your package was returned due to an incorrect address, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

Your Tim Carli hair extensions package has a test sample compartment that you must open first to compare the color of the sample against your hair.
